Pelita Global Mandiri School held its annual Teachers Seminar on August 9, 2024, at the school hall. The event was attended by teachers, principals, administrative staff, and the research and development (R&D) team from all units within the school. This seminar is part of the school’s yearly initiative aimed at enhancing the overall quality of education through the professional development of its human resources, particularly educators.
The theme for this year’s seminar focused on optimizing communication skills to better serve the stakeholders of Pelita Global Mandiri School. By improving the communication proficiency of both teaching and non-teaching staff, the school hopes to create a more effective and supportive environment for its students, parents, and community.
The keynote speaker, Jumadi Subur, SE, MM, CPHR, provided valuable insights and strategies on how educators can enhance their communication skills to meet the growing demands of modern education.
