On February 5, 2025, students from Pelita Global Mandiri Elementary participated in the exciting Cooking Class 3 event held at Wanda’s Club Grand Wisata. A total of 213 students from grades 1 to 6 had the opportunity to step into the kitchen and learn how to prepare a delicious chicken sandwich.
The event was not only a fun and hands-on learning experience, but it also gave students the chance to explore the restaurant environment and gain practical cooking skills. The students worked alongside the staff at Wanda’s Club Grand Wisata, learning the step-by-step process of preparing the dish, from selecting ingredients to assembling the final product.
Mr. Wahyu, the event’s PIC, shared his thoughts on the activity:
“The cooking class was a great success! The students had so much fun learning to make chicken sandwiches, and it was wonderful to see them gaining new skills in the kitchen. It was a unique experience for them to be in a real restaurant setting, and they enjoyed the hands-on approach. The excitement and enthusiasm they showed were truly rewarding!”
The Cooking Class 3 event provided a memorable experience for the students, enhancing their practical skills and sparking their interest in cooking. It was a perfect way to combine fun, learning, and creativity while giving students a valuable life skill.
