Pelita Global Mandiri Junior High School recently hosted an English Competition on September 14, 2024, at the school theater. The event brought together enthusiastic students from grades 7, 8, and 9, who participated in a lively quiz competition designed to enhance their English language skills. The event was structured in three sessions, with the final round selecting the top three students from each grade based on their performance.
The competition aimed to foster a love for the English language among students while building their confidence and communication skills. Ms. Diamond, a native English speaker and judge for the event, commended the participants for their efforts and enthusiasm. She emphasized the benefits of the competition, stating, “This activity is excellent for building students’ confidence and serves as a platform to enhance their communication skills and English knowledge.”
The English Competition was met with great enthusiasm, and students displayed impressive knowledge and teamwork throughout the sessions.
