On October 9, 2024, 63 first-grade students from Pelita Global Mandiri Elementary embarked on a fascinating field trip to BXSea, an interactive marine exhibition in Bintaro Jaya Xchange Mall. This trip was designed to introduce young students to the wonders of marine life, fostering curiosity and creativity through hands-on exploration of various sea creatures and their unique habitats.

Throughout the day, students had the opportunity to observe and learn about an array of marine species, from colorful coral reef fish to fascinating crustaceans and invertebrates. Guided by knowledgeable BXSea staff, the students explored different marine habitats and were introduced to the diversity and beauty of ocean ecosystems. They were encouraged to ask questions and engage with the exhibits, helping to deepen their understanding of the marine world and how each species plays a vital role in maintaining ecological balance.
In addition to exploring marine life, the field trip featured creative activities that allowed students to express their newfound knowledge artistically. Students created drawings and craft projects inspired by the vibrant sea creatures and habitats they encountered, reinforcing what they learned and nurturing their artistic skills. This experience not only broadened their knowledge of marine biodiversity but also inspired them to appreciate and care for the environment.

Pelita Global Mandiri Elementary extends its heartfelt thanks to Ms. Jihan and Mr. Iqbal for organizing this enriching field trip, as well as to the dedicated BXSea team for providing a memorable experience. The trip to BXSea left students excited about the mysteries of the ocean, inspiring them to explore and protect the natural world around them.
