On October 8, 2024, Pelita Global Mandiri Elementary students embarked on an exciting field trip to Trans Studio Cibubur. This year’s field trip was designed to merge fun with learning, as students from grades 4, 5, and 6 explored a variety of interactive exhibits and attractions that brought science concepts to life in engaging and memorable ways.
The fourth graders (27 students), fifth graders (24 students), and sixth graders (11 students) enjoyed a day full of discovery, including hands-on learning about gravity, the water cycle, and various insect species. The experience didn’t stop there; students also had the chance to experience the sensation of different seasons around the world and observed light properties in the captivating mirroring room. By interacting with these educational attractions, students could see classroom science concepts in real-world applications. This field trip not only deepened their understanding of science but also fostered a love for discovery that will benefit their academic journey.
In addition to the scientific attractions, students also enjoyed a variety of thrilling rides and immersive activities that encouraged teamwork, creativity, and courage. This blend of educational and recreational experiences helped strengthen friendships among classmates and provided a refreshing break from the usual classroom routine. The smiles, laughter, and moments of awe shared throughout the day truly made this field trip a memorable highlight of the academic year, inspiring students to look forward to more enriching adventures in the future.
